I am a lucky mum of 3 little ones. This gives me invaluable insight into what life is really like when trying to juggle kids, home, work, life and then trying to fit therapy appointments and home activity programs! While I grew up in the Hills, I now call the lower Blue Mountains home. I love the outdoors and the slightly slower paced life of being just outside of Sydney. I have been at The Hills Physio for almost 5 years and loved every minute. Prior to this, I spent 5 years working for an NGO in the paediatric disability and NDIS/EC space. I also spent 2 years in private practice treating musculoskeletal conditions. My interest areas are early gross motor skills and complex disability, but I of course love everything in between too!

I completed a Bachelors Degree in Health Science (Human Movement major) in 2011 and then went on to complete a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy.
Since graduating I have participated in hundreds of hours of formal and informal training in the areas of paediatrics.
- Paediatric Physiotherapy Level 1 APA
- Enhancing Skills in Paediatric Physiotherapy Course, Monash University
- Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination

My passion area is developmental paediatrics, with a focus on pre walker skills 6-24 months.
I currently work part time on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays. I also work one Saturday per month. I participate in paediatric hydrotherapy and assist in running the Ninja Kids and Strong Kids group classes. I also created and run the Bike Buddies school holiday bike riding intensives which has been a hugely rewarding experience.
