I’m one of the paediatric physiotherapists here at The Hills Physio. Growing up, I spent a lot of time trying out different sports. Eventually, I found my particular interests lay in dance, oz tag and rock climbing. This is where my spark for human movement and physiotherapy started.
After some years of study and gathering experience at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, my passion is to help empower and equip children and their families to achieve goals to participate in everyday life. Outside of being a physio, I am an avid baker and enjoy experimenting with different recipes.
As a form of socialising and an avenue to keep my body moving, you may also catch me at the local bouldering gym!

I completed an undergraduate Bachelors of Human Sciences at Macquarie University, majoring in both Communication Disorders and Human Movement. After that, I continued my studies with a Doctor of Physiotherapy.
I then went on to complete my new graduate year at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. In doing so, I was able to gain a broad range of experiences, including:
Prior to my new grad year, I spent 7 years working with kids and teenagers with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to teach and develop both academic and life skills. Additionally, I’ve worked with clinical psychologists and assisted with travel training for this population.

You will find me at the Just For Kids site on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and fortnightly Saturdays. I have a special interest in helping babies and toddlers reach their developmental milestones as well as treating developmental delays in kids with ASD.
You may occasionally see me helping out in our Ninja Kids group classes or in our bike riding intensives.
