Beyond Exercise
The Studio Upstairs
We have an intimate and welcoming Pilates studio fit with reformers and a mat studio, set within our physio practice in Kellyville Ridge.
Pilates is a form of exercise and rehab tool aimed at flexibility and strength. Practicing this form of exercise regularly can help you improve your posture, get rid of your aches and pains or rehab after an acute injury or even childbirth.
