I am a patient-centred physiotherapist working in paediatrics at The Hills Physio. I am passionate about delivering individualised, holistic care to each child and their family, to help them reach their functional goals.

I have been interested in human movement and anatomy since a young age which naturally led me to studying physiotherapy after school! I began working in a paediatric setting straight out of uni, where I worked in a multi-disciplinary private practice before starting at The Hills Physio. In doing so, I have laid a strong foundation in paediatric physio by learning and gaining experience to set the stage for specialisation in this field.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in a pilates class, catching the sunrise on a morning walk, or on a beach somewhere! I also love to discover new restaurants and try out new recipes in the kitchen on weekends.
